How to delete data

  1. Delete a single chat

Open the chat, click the menu icon, and pick Delete. Removes the conversation and any cached intermediate data.

  2. Disconnect a source

🔌 Connectors → [Source] → Disconnect. Zamino stops syncing immediately and queues the cached data for deletion.

  3. Close your workspace

Email support@zamino.com (or open Settings → Organization → Close workspace). We trigger a 30-day soft delete, then a hard wipe. After hard wipe, no data survives — including backups within their normal rotation.
