Until now, AI spend caps were workspace-wide. Starting today you can set them at team and individual levels, too. Admins can allocate a monthly budget to the Finance team, another to Ops, and separate caps for power users — all from one page.
- Per-team budgets with soft warnings and hard caps.

- Fallback-to-cheaper-model is now configurable per budget.
