What counts as an AI query?
A question your AI answers using your data — anything that reads actual rows, like running a query or pulling a report. The lookups it does to orient itself first, such as listing your connected accounts or reading a table's structure, are free and never count. Free includes 25 a day, resetting at midnight UTC; every paid plan is unlimited.
What counts as a data source?
Each connected account or integration — a bank via Plaid, a QuickBooks company, a Clover, Square, or Toast location, a Stripe account, or an invoice inbox. Sources are pooled across your whole workspace, so it doesn't matter which organization they sit under.
What's an organization, and why are they unlimited?
An organization is a label that groups one business's content — its semantic layer, wiki, and dashboards. Access is controlled per source, not per org, so you can add as many organizations as you like on any plan at no extra cost.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new account starts with 30 days of Starter, no credit card. When the trial ends you keep going on the Free plan — 2 sources — until you decide to upgrade. Your data is never deleted.
Can I add teammates?
Business supports extra seats at $6 per month each, with access granted per source. Free and Starter are single-seat plans.
How does billing work?
One subscription per workspace; any organizations under it inherit the plan. You can add sources and seats at any time, and changes are prorated on your next invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you'll drop to the Free plan at the end of your billing period — your connected sources and data stay right where they are.
