What counts as a data source?
Each connected account or integration — a bank via Plaid, a QuickBooks company, a Clover, Square, or Toast location, a Stripe account, or an invoice inbox. Sources are pooled across your whole workspace, so it doesn't matter which organization they sit under.
What's an organization, and why are they unlimited?
An organization is a label that groups one business's content — its semantic layer, wiki, and dashboards. Access is controlled per source, not per org, so you can add as many organizations as you like on any plan at no extra cost.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new account starts with 30 days of Starter, no credit card. When the trial ends you keep going on the Free plan — 2 sources and the last 3 months of history — until you decide to upgrade. Your data is never deleted.
What's the 3-month history window on Free?
Free answers questions across your most recent 3 months of data. Every paid plan unlocks your full history, so the AI can reason over years of trends, not just the last quarter.
Can I add teammates?
Business and Scale support extra seats — $6 and $8 per month each — with access granted per source. Free and Starter are single-seat plans.
How does billing work?
One subscription per workspace; any organizations under it inherit the plan. You can add sources and seats at any time, and changes are prorated on your next invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you'll drop to the Free plan at the end of your billing period — your connected sources and data stay right where they are.
