Zamino's billing page gives you one place to see your plan, your trial timer, current usage, and the link out to Stripe for invoices and payment method changes.
What you'll see on the Billing page

Trial,Professional, orEnterprise. - 🟢 Status —
Active,Suspended, orCancelled. - ⏳ Trial days remaining — if you're still in your free trial, the countdown is shown here.
- 📊 Current-cycle usage — what you've consumed so far this billing period (questions answered, routines run, integrations active).
- 💳 Manage in Stripe — opens the Stripe customer portal, where you update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel.
Picking the right tier
- Trial
Free, time-limited. Includes one user, all integrations, and full Chat / Dashboards / Routines functionality so you can prove ROI before paying.
- Professional
Per-seat monthly billing. The right pick for most operating teams — multiple users, full feature access, standard support.
- Enterprise
Custom pricing. Adds priority support. Talk to sales.
Watching usage
The Usage section on the Billing page shows your live consumption against your plan:
- 💬 Questions answered — total Chat queries this cycle.
- 🔁 Routine runs — scheduled checks that fired.
- 🔌 Active integrations — count of connected sources currently syncing.
- 👥 Active users — seats consumed this cycle.
If something looks off — a sudden spike, a routine that's running more often than you expected — drill in to see which user or which routine drove the change.
Managing payment in Stripe
Zamino uses Stripe for all billing. From Settings → Billing, click Manage in Stripe to:
- 💳 Update your card on file.
- 📄 Download past invoices.
- 🔄 Switch your billing cycle (monthly ↔ annual).
- ❌ Cancel your subscription at the end of the period.
